1. Search Engines
An easy and free way to get free traffic is to submit your site to variuos search engines. It is free and gets tons of hits in return. The only downside to it is it takes time to get it on the search engine. The search engines i reccommend are yahoo.com and google.com. If they ask for your site title or description dont try to make it fancy with stuff like o00o -===- xXXx *****. Just write out your site name first letter in each word capitalized. Write short yet eye catching descriptions while trying to use keywords like anime, dbz, and dragonball. Try searching on yahoo for dbz or something to see what the topsites wrote to get a better idea.

2. Toplists
To get your site started off you will need to have it on a topsite. Write stuff like every episode and movie even if you dont have it. Never write hentai or adult content. Yes hentai will get alot of hits, but in the long run your site will get little hits if you go down that road. People dont want to hear the same thing the 10,000 other sites have. Your site needs to be unique. What does your site have that everyone else doesnt. Try to make it short as possible and use some caps on words like EPISODES. Never write like this ePiSOdeS, thats an insult to yourself. Update the description everytime u update ur site. If you get a new episode or game write it where people will see it.

3. Force Voting and Popups
Which one is more efficient you may ask? Well, after many years of experience i will have to say force voting. Although if you want a good site you should probabley use both. Try and put popups on the front page, then once you lure them into your good sections like eps, movs, and games. Make them vote before they enter.

4. Keeping the Visitors
Last, but not least. Making the visitors spend a while at your site and keep coming back for more is most important. Think of yahoo.com, how many times have you been there? I go there almost everyday! Getting people to keep coming back everyday and telling their friends is the best way to do it. You might be saying, yeah, so... how do i get em to keep coming back? The answer is simple update everyday. Also get a crew of people to update and help you upload. Having episodes is good in the beginning, but once you get MAJOR traffic movies and eps wont help. They will keep going down and costing more money to keep up. Try sticking to pictures and information. Write your own stuff. Have a forum. When someone emails you be sure to email them back. Make new ideas. User interactions aer the best way to go. WHat i mean by this is something where people could put their input in. Like a poll, forum, chat, review for something or rating.
