DOOM, Wolfenstein (I think they ported it to SNES...), Zero Tolerance is a really good FPS for Genesis/Megadrive.

FPSes weren't invented when the SNES was current- the closest thing around was probably Xybots. Like Dethreign said, try to find ports of the very oldest FPSes and you might get lucky.
