Frustrated Noobie!!

I cannot figure out how to put ROMS in to play them on Nebula or Kawaks!! I just started with this stuff and there is NO info on how to use it all...please give me some pointers!! Thanx!!

Put your roms in the "roms" folder, then click it in the kawaks/nebula.exe to play it...
