Sega CD save

Hi 2 all, I have gens emulater but this emulater dont save games in sega cd. Pls I wanna sega cd emulater support save in sega cd games and play with mouse in games like Mad Dog and Crime Patrol. Thanks

Well, you want what is currently unavailable. The save state feature in Sega CD could probably be done, because Magic Engine has the save state feature on Turbo CD games. As far as the mouse lightgun thing, you could E-mail the creator and see if she has any plans on implementing that particular feature.

How were orginal Sega CD games saved back in the day anyhow??...

The Sega CD has 8 kb of internal RAM. Add-on RAM cartridges were available to place in the Genesis to allow for 8x more storage than the internal.

As far as actually saving, it differs from game to game.
