Need help 4: MAME SF2 Rainbow

sup everyone,

im pretty much new to using Mame, so i need some help.  I recently had downloaded street fighter 2 rainbow (both editions) and for some reason, it won't play.  I tried re-downloading it and all that, but it still wont work.  The same thing goes for Metal Slug 3.  Any suggestions or ideas?

Download Neo-Geo.zip and put it in your roms folderli9ke any other rom. Liuke magic, the games wil work.

Holy crap am I tired of repeating this over and over. is it that hard to look through the other topics to see if your question has already been answered?
