Which game??

I'm looking for a game I played years ago on Arcade and SNES. U have the opertunity to choose from 4 different guys at the startup. It's a 2d shooter and one of the people u can choose from is named Steve and got a blue jacket on. The game is also a Western game that's happening in the WildWest. The last boss drops a Rose on the floor when he dies.

Anyone played that game?
