some music company is giving out subpoienas to those who &quot;download&quot; music from kazaa (or from other servers )or uploadin music to ppl

The charge for downloading songs from them servers
around $12,000 per person they catch


I saw the news the other day, one guy he could get fined &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;$150,000 a song!
they goin crazy now, they doin whatever it takes to find them ppl

they can't do that cuz kazaa isn't even from the US and the files being shared are not like napster, they are ONLY on the persons computer that you are downloading from. napster had a server in the US that kept records of the files everyone was sharing.

the can use the ip to find ppl address

meh, the D&amp;D video games never really did anything for me. I never really like how there would be a million orcs on screen at the EXACT moment you run out of spell potions.

Well, I did say that D&amp;D SoM was one of the best _*of its kind*_ . That doesn't mean that there aren't better arcade games out there. I always did like a good racing game.

In my opinion, the best racing games of the &quot;80s were the Hard drivin' simulators and STUN Runner.

Skip forward to the &quot;90s and the winner is Extreme Racing (San Francisco Rush) series, closely followed by the Ridge Racer series.
