That depends on how new the rom is. If it's a relatively new game, then it won't be a ROM until a couiple of years. Also, MAME isn't capable of handling 3D-graphics. So if it's in 3D your out of luck.

MAME won't use the 3D capabilities of your video card. ALL of the work is done by your CPU and system RAM. I wouldn't even try any 3D games if your PC has anything less than, say a 1 GHz P3.

I get almost full framerates for STUN Runner, 60% rates for Hard Drivin' and less for Tekken; I'm running an Athlon XP2000 with 512 MB DDR 266.

its 2d not 3d ,its like alpha but better,just the same as all of the street fighters just not in 3d

Like I said, I'v seen thse in the arcade recently, and thery mightbe a relatively new game. It could take a while for someone to rip the rom from an arcade machine. Also, are you sure you don't mean Street Fighter ALPHA 3? Or Street Fighter ZERO 3?
