This is truly one of the cutest and funniest anime I have ever come across. Every episode virtually guarantees a laughing good time. The art and animation are simple in style but perfectly suited for the series. The mood is generally light and yet the characters are all very distinct. Aside from the main plot about Cha Cha, there is also an interesting sub-plot involving two of Cha Cha's teachers - Seravi and Dorothy. Their comical love-hate relationship is given emphasis throughout the series, eventually carrying over to the final episode. There are a lot of filler episodes, some of which are totally unrelated to the plot. The fillers are entertaining, but get a little redundant at times. Since there is nothing objectionable or censorable, people of all ages will be able to watch and appreciate this series.
